The bars at The Victory are light, bright and friendly. Big windows let the light in during the daytime and in the winter months, there are wood burning fires to create a cosy warm feeling.
The Victory bars have an excellent selection of local and regional quality cask ales from the Greene King Brewery, including Greene King IPA best bitter and the renowned Abbot Ale. We have a guest ale on offer which changes regularly, often weekly, and we pride ourselves on being able to source many ales that you may not have tasted before. We have an exceptional range of bottled and draught lagers and ciders. Our impressive wine list has been personally selected and tasted with an interesting mix of bottles from around the world including wine sold by the glass (175ml and 250ml). There is also an excellent selection of Spirits, Liqueurs, Whiskey and Brandy’s available.
Our attentive staff will welcome you into our comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and whether you wish to mix with the locals over a pint of beer, enjoy a glass of wine with friends, hover by the wood burning fire, or settle around one of the tables with a couple of friends for a chat, or you may even have a light lunch or a three-course meal, The Victory is the perfect place to relax.
